Our Arbequinas from Spain are perfect tiny gems, we dress our Calabrese olives in-house with fresh rosemary, fennel seed & orange zest & our Ottavio Olive Mix & Antipasto mix include pickled garlic, balsamic onions, caper berries, sundried tomatoes & fresh lemon zest. We prepare all olives daily to ensure their freshness for our customers.

At Ottavio we pride ourselves on the authenticity of our salumi, Italian & Spanish cured meats & our French Saucisson. We have carefully sought out the producers of our meats to ensure their quality results, family tradition & uniqueness. We offer Italian salumi produced in Hamilton, Ontario, German meats from Vancouver, French meats from Montreal, Jamon Serrano from Spain & Prosciutto from Veneto & Parma, Italy. We offer two lines of quality Italian dried pasta: DeCecco brand & Rustichella from Abruzzo. Our rice offerings include authentic Italian arborio, carnaroli (traditional, organic & aged), ancient farro grain & Spanish rice for paella.

We have a broad selection of high quality preserved goods including small batch mustards from Canada & France, jams, jellies, honeys & chutneys, Italian tomatoes, tapenades & pestos, pickles, olives, beans & vegetables.

We carry 20 high quality spices that are difficult to find, from chipotle pepper flakes to Spanish smoked paprika, French fleur de sel & whole cardamon.
